The Architectural Manager (OSM/Skidding) leads the architectural design management and coordination of off-site manufactured (OSM) and skidded building components for the data centre programme, ensuring that prefabricated architectural elements are designed, fabricated, delivered, and installed in full compliance with the project specifications and programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design management for all OSM and skidded components including prefabricated wall panels, roof modules, and architectural fit-out elements

  • Manage the design interface between the architectural consultant, OSM fabricators, and the site construction team

  • Review and approve architectural shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material submittals for OSM scope

  • Coordinate OSM delivery sequencing with the site planning team to align fabrication lead times with the construction programme

  • Oversee factory acceptance inspections (FAI) for architectural OSM components

  • Manage RFIs and design change requests for architectural scope through the CDE

  • Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, and envelope systems

  • Ensure all architectural OSM works comply with applicable building codes, fire regulations, and client specifications

  • Support BIM coordination for architectural OSM components, ensuring accurate model representation and clash-free integration

  • Prepare architectural design and OSM progress reports for the Design Manager and project leadership
