Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Product and Marketing Design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into high-quality visual communication across digital, print, and presentation formats. This role involves close collaboration with the Product, Marketing, and UI/UX teams to design visually consistent and brand-aligned materials that support both project and product communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing and product collaterals including brochures, case studies, proposals, social media creatives, and internal communication materials.

  • Create professional, visually appealing presentations and documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

  • Design visual elements for digital campaigns, trade shows, and promotional materials.

  • Perform basic video editing for marketing clips, event highlights, and social media content.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and communication outputs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate content briefs into creative visuals.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and maintaining quality.

  • Maintain organised file management and version control, ensuring all files are export-ready and properly formatted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a design role (agency or in-house).

  • Strong understanding of design principles: typography, colour theory, grid systems, and layout composition.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).

  • Basic understanding of website design principles (UI layout, responsive assets, web formats).

  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.

  • Awareness of design file formats (AI, PSD, INDD, PNG, SVG, PDF, MP4) and their proper usage.

  • A portfolio showcasing print, digital, and presentation design.
