On 17 July 2026, we proudly relaunched our Building Services – MEP Design practice at an exclusive event hosted at Radisson Blu Atria, Bengaluru. The evening brought together our valued clients, industry partners, and prospective customers to celebrate this important milestone and to explore the future of digitally enabled building services engineering.

The relaunch reflects our continued commitment to delivering innovative, technology-driven, and sustainable MEP design solutions that help our clients design, build, and operate high-performing facilities.

The evening began with a keynote presentation by our Project Director, Ricardo Silva, who shared his insights on "Global Design Thinking, Digitalisation and the Future of Building Services." Drawing on global project experience, Ricardo discussed how digital transformation, integrated engineering, and evolving design methodologies are reshaping the building services industry and creating new opportunities for delivering greater value to clients.

Following the keynote, Ranjan L introduced our growing MEP team and presented "Building Services Design — MEP: Services, Sectors and Client Value." During the session, we showcased our multidisciplinary capabilities across multiple sectors and demonstrated how our digital-first approach, collaborative workflows, and engineering expertise enable us to deliver projects with greater efficiency, improved coordination, enhanced quality, and faster execution than traditional delivery methods.

The technical sessions concluded with an inspiring presentation by Samuel Reinwalds on "Digital by Default: AI, Smart Sustainable Buildings and Future Operations." He explored how Artificial Intelligence, smart building technologies, digital twins, and sustainable engineering practices are transforming the future of building operations. The session highlighted our vision of helping clients embrace intelligent, connected, and future-ready infrastructure throughout the entire asset lifecycle.

Following the presentations, we hosted a networking cocktail dinner where our team had the opportunity to engage with clients, partners, and industry professionals in meaningful conversations.
