With over 16 years of experience in project management, customer engagement, digital infrastructure delivery, and operational excellence, Arjun brings deep expertise in managing complex enterprise programs, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through delivery. His experience also spans stakeholder management, financial governance, risk management, and process optimisation.

As Vice President – Customer Success, Arjun will lead initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience, improving service delivery, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and ensuring clients realise maximum value from their digital transformation initiatives. He will work closely with teams across the organisation to build scalable customer success processes that support sustainable business growth.
Arjun is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, and ITIL Foundation professional, reflecting his strong expertise in project governance, service management, and operational excellence.

His appointment aligns with Desapex's continued focus on delivering not only innovative digital engineering, BIM, Digital Twin, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) solutions, but also a customer-centric approach that creates lasting business value.
