With more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, Raghavendrachar brings extensive expertise in talent management, organisational restructuring/development, workforce optimization, transformational approach, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and strategic HR initiatives across multi-location operations. His experience spans diverse sectors including logistics and supply chain, engineering and infrastructure, telecommunications, manufacturing, building materials, and technology-driven businesses.

As Chief People Officer at Desapex, Raghavendrachar will be responsible for shaping the company's people strategy, building sustainable organisational culture, enhancing employee experience, developing leadership capabilities, and building scalable talent practices that support Desapex's continued expansion across digital engineering, BIM, digital twin, and technology services.
