His experience spans diverse sectors including logistics and supply chain, engineering and infrastructure, telecommunications, manufacturing, building materials, and technology-driven businesses.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully led large-scale people initiatives, organisational restructuring programmes, leadership development frameworks, culture transformation efforts, workforce optimisation strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across multi-location operations. He has worked closely with executive leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, helping organisations navigate periods of growth, transformation, and change.

As Chief People Officer at Desapex, Raghavendrachar will be responsible for shaping the company's people strategy, strengthening organisational culture, enhancing employee experience, developing leadership capabilities, and building scalable talent practices that support Desapex's continued expansion across digital engineering, BIM, digital twin, and technology services.
