Desapex is delighted to welcome Ranjan L as our new Associate Technical Director – HVAC. With more than 15 years of experience in HVAC engineering and MEP project delivery, Ranjan brings a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and industry knowledge to the Desapex team. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered projects across hospitality, commercial buildings, residential developments, retail infrastructure, educational facilities, technology campuses, and data center environments, helping clients achieve efficient and future-ready building systems.

Ranjan’s expertise spans HVAC system design, heat load calculations, ventilation and pressurization systems, chilled water and VRF systems, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary project management. He has extensive experience working with international design standards including ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, NBC, and IS codes, while leading engineering teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, and vendors to deliver high-quality project outcomes across mission-critical and large-scale infrastructure projects.

At Desapex, Ranjan will play a key role in strengthening our HVAC and MEP engineering capabilities as we continue to expand our global digital engineering and BIM services portfolio.
