Strengthening our PHE & FLS leadership with experience, expertise and vision
We are delighted to welcome Vishnu Murthy to the Desapex family as our new Technical Director – PHE & FLS.
With over 20 years of experience in plumbing consultancy and PHE design, Vishnu brings strong technical expertise, project experience and leadership to our team. His career spans hospitals, residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, educational, sports, airports and mixed-use developments.
A wealth of experience, now part of Desapex
Before joining Desapex, Vishnu served as General Manager – PHE & MEPF Design Coordination, overseeing plumbing design, project delivery schedules, team allocation, and supporting business development and benchmarking.
He has also held senior roles in PHE and plumbing design, firefighting systems, design reviews, tender documentation, construction support and execution issue resolution, giving him strong end-to-end project exposure.
Expertise across complex projects
Vishnu has worked across India and international markets, gaining experience in varied design environments and stakeholder needs.
More than technical expertise
Vishnu brings a strong mix of technical depth and leadership.
His expertise includes water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, hot water systems, WTP, STP, ETP and firefighting design.
He also has strong experience in team leadership, multi-project coordination, design reviews, technical reporting and mentoring engineers.
