Based in Helsinki, Jouni will focus on developing Desapex’s footprint in Finland, with the long-term vision of establishing a strong local presence that supports clients more closely. His role goes beyond expansion it’s about building lasting partnerships in the region while connecting Nordic construction practices with global digital capabilities.

At the same time, his appointment represents something larger for Desapex. Jouni will act as a vital link between Finland and India, strengthening collaboration between two rapidly evolving construction ecosystems. By combining Finland’s advanced digital construction practices with India’s scale and delivery capabilities, Desapex aims to create a powerful conduit for knowledge exchange, innovation, and high-quality project execution across borders.
