Role Overview
The ACC Implementation Specialist will be responsible for understanding client requirements and problem statements and translating them into effective Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) configurations and workflows.
This role is implementation- and adoption-focused, not software-development driven. The specialist will work closely with client teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure ACC is configured, deployed, and used in a way that meaningfully addresses project and business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Requirement & Problem Analysis
- Study client processes, pain points, and constraints across design, execution, QS, and site teams
- Analyse problem statements and identify how ACC can address them
- Translate business needs into platform workflows, configurations, and rollout strategies
ACC Platform Implementation
- Configure and manage ACC modules: Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Build, Takeoff/Cost, and Assets (as applicable)
- Set up folder structures, approval workflows, naming conventions, metadata, and RBAC
- Create reusable project templates for multi-project deployment
CDE & BIM Workflow Enablement
- Implement Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows aligned with BEP, EIR, and AIR
- Support projects at different lifecycle stages (design, construction, handover)
Onboarding & Adoption
- Onboard internal teams, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct role-based training and project kick-off sessions
- Support field teams in adopting ACC Build workflows (RFIs, QA/QC, Safety, Issues)
Governance & Reporting
- Monitor platform usage and adoption
- Support compliance checks and adoption reporting
- Contribute to lessons learned and scale-up recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Proven ability to understand client requirements and problem statements
- Experience in ACC configuration, multi-project rollout, and CDE implementation
- Good understanding of BIM workflows across design, construction, and handover
- Strong communication skills to engage with project teams and external partners
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to APS and ACC integrations understanding
- Familiarity with BIM, ISO 19650 concepts and asset handover workflows
