Job Description

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute all marketing initiatives across Desapex’s service and product verticals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, and strong collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end marketing processes from planning and coordination to execution and analysis. The role demands initiative, clear communication, and ownership over deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar covering campaigns, social media, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and prepare actionable forecasts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design marketing strategies that align with Desapex’s product roadmap and business goals.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns, including branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage cross-department communication to gather inputs, approvals, and content on time ensuring no delays in execution.
  • Work closely with the technical, and sales teams to produce consistent, high-quality marketing materials.
  • Oversee brand communication, ensuring all external-facing content maintains consistency in tone, message, and visual standards.
  • Promote Desapex’s brand at trade shows, conferences, and major industry-related events collaborating with internal teams for presentations and collaterals.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, PR coverage, and industry recognition to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Stay informed of emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to strengthen Desapex’s communication strategy.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, branding, and B2B campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects to completion.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking with a solid sense of design, storytelling, and brand tone.
  • Familiarity with tools like zoho social/hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
