Software Developer (ACC Connect, APS & Integrations)

Role Overview

Desapex is seeking a Software Developer who can build and maintain integrations between ACC and various enterprise systems using ACC Connect, APS (Forge), REST APIs, and cloud-native automation tools. This role is ideal for someone with strong backend and API development skills and an interest in construction/BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration workflows using:

• ACC Connect

• Autodesk Platform Services (APS/Forge)

• Custom REST API connectors and microservices

• Build automations that connect ACC with:

• ERP systems (finance, WBS, PO/CO, actuals data)

• Procurement systems (material demand, approvals)

• Scheduling systems (P6/MSP)

• FM/asset platforms

• Write scripts for data transformation, validation, and migration.

• Configure ACC modules (Docs, Build, Cost, etc.) as needed to support integrations.

• Implement error logs, retry logic, monitoring, and audit trails for stable data exchange.

• Support testing across sandbox, UAT, and production environments.

• Collaborate with architects, BIM SMEs, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Competencies

• Strong coding experience in Python, Node.js, C#, or JavaScript.

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and cloud automation.

• Exposure to ACC Connect or similar integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Make/Integromat, etc.).

• Working knowledge of APS (Autodesk Forge) for file, model, and metadata operations.

• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP, procurement, scheduling, FM).

• Ability to troubleshoot integration failures and data mismatches.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with BIM platforms (ACC/BIM 360/Revit/IFC workflows).

• Understanding of construction WBS, BOQ, cost/schedule data structures.

• Knowledge of Power BI dataset pipelines.
